I’m Going to Yoga Trance Dance Training…

I’ve signed up for Shiva Rea’s Yoga Trance Dance Teacher Training this weekend…looks like it will be a lot of fun! It will be a weekend intensive that includes two Yoga Trance Dance nights. The schedule is a bit strange and I will have to get up for a 6:30-8:55 am session on Friday morning before returning twice later that day (once from noon to 4 pm and then again from 8-10 pm).
Well, at least there will be some breaks. But 6:30 am? Well, that just means I’m going to meet everyone pretty much in my PJs and then I’ll go back home for a nap and a shower before the second session.
