Naam Yoga combines Kundalini Yoga with sound healing, mudras, and concepts from the Kabbalah. I had no idea what I was going into but left the class feeling really happy and good. If you like singing or chanting along with your yoga, you’ll like Naam Yoga. Alas, he only teaches in NYC and not LA.
