I was trying out Inhale Yoga today, which is on the Oxygen television network. In the middle of a pose I glance up at the screen and see my friend David way in the back, participating as one of the class members! I called him later and apparently they recorded this years ago, and it still plays over and over again today. I will write a full review of Inhale after I’ve tried at least one more episode. So far, so good.
Later, I went to a restorative class at Goda Yoga in Culver City. Aaahhhh!
