Midnight Yoga

It’s 12:30 am, and I am getting ready to do my yoga practice before bedtime. Tonight will not be a strenuous routine: mostly stretches, twists, and some back and forward bends. I have found that by practicing my forward bend each night before bed, I have made huge progress. It used to be I could not reach my feet at all (my hands would hover barely past my knees) and now I can reach the balls of my feet and sometimes go even deeper.
