Getting Better With No Practice. Strange.

I haven’t been practicing yoga consistently at all lately (bad girl!). In the least, I was doing seated forward bend every night before going to bed almost every night for a while…I have very tight hamstrings. But I stopped that about a month ago, at least. So last night I decided to do just a brief seated forward bend before going to bed, and wouldn’t you know it, IT WAS BETTER! As in, better to the point of this being the farthest I’ve ever gotten. And yet, I haven’t been practicing it much at all. What gives?
