Naam Yoga

I had an opportunity to take this class also at Golden Bridge this weekend with founder Joseph Michael Levry aka Gurunam. Naam Yoga combines Kundalini Yoga with sound healing, mudras, and concepts from the Kabbalah. I had no idea what I was getting into when I was introduced to Gurunam 6 years ago. I can truely say that it has changeds my life for the better. I also left the class feeling really happy and good earlier in the week I was told my child is very ill and had a very heavy heart. If you like singing or chanting along with your yoga, you’ll like Naam Yoga. He does teaches in NYC but comes to LA 3x a years.</description>
