		<description>I&#039;ll try the handstand jumping on grass, thanks for the suggestion. There is a park at the end of my block where there&#039;s lots of room to fall. Maybe I can try it on that spongy stuff they put the kids playground on. I wish they had that stuff when I was a kid!</description>

		<description>i love your site!  i think the best way to get comfortable doing handstand is to first start off outside on some grass, approaching it like a playful kid.  If you just start in short down dog, take one leg up into the sky and playfully practice jumping up from that position, you will catch  little airtime.  Just do it with an open mind and don;t be afraid of falling (hence the grass!!).  It took me a long time but once u start getting more comfortable with it, you realize that its really just like mountain pose, only upside-down.
